El primer post del año se ha hecho un poco de rogar pero por aquí estoy, con ganas de contar muchas cosas puesto que el 2016 se presenta de lo más interesante. Como ya os avancé, estoy del todo inmersa en un proyecto personal del que espero poder ir explicando próximamente más detalles. Sin ir más lejos mañana vuelo a París para asistir a Maison&Objet, y no puedo estar más emocionada. Hace mucho tiempo que tenía ganas de participar en este evento y al margen de curiosear y de disfrutar de la experiencia, me esperan uno días de mucho trabajo. Y eso no es todo, porque este mes de enero está siendo de lo más intenso y con la agenda a tope. Así que no se me ocurrió mejor forma para coger aire y energía que hacer una pequeña escapada al Empordà, coincidiendo con la noche de Reyes.
En esta ocasión nos alojamos en el apartamento rural El Celler, en la Masia Can Bonet, donde Ane y Jordi nos recibieron de maravilla. Lo cierto es que nuestra estancia fue de todo menos tranquila, básicamente porque Gala estuvo muy inquieta por culpa de la dentición, pero al margen de esa circunstancia, intentamos exprimir al máximo los dos días que estuvimos.

La Masia se encuentra en el pequeño pueblo de Sant Martí Vell, rodeada de naturaleza y tranquilidad. Llegamos el día 5 de enero, y después de comer en el Restaurante Sant Martí, empezó a llover a mares con lo que nos quedamos en el apartamento, esperando a que amainara para poder ir a ver a los Reyes Magos. A pesar del mal tiempo, Gala acabó conociendo a Sus Majestades, con las que no hubo demasiado feeling, todo sea dicho… Al día siguiente, nos despertamos con un sol radiante, así que nos fuimos a pasear, primero al pueblo de Monells, y luego a Foixà para comer en el restaurante Can Quel. Y ya por la tarde, aprovechamos para jugar, leer y encender la chimenea.
Aunque nos escapamos menos tiempo del que nos hubiese gustado, la visita nos cundió lo suficiente y eso que yo volveré al Empordà la semana que viene para formar parte de algo que aún no puedo desvelar pero que me tiene muy entusiasmada (por aquí os dejo una pista). Además, el próximo día 30 también voy a participar en un encuentro creativo llamado Synergies 2.0, una buena excusa para desvirtualizar, conectar y sobre todo aprender. Y vosotros, ¿cómo se presenta el nuevo año?

One thing I have actually noticed is the fact that there are plenty of beliefs regarding the lenders intentions whenever talking about foreclosure. One misconception in particular is the fact the bank desires your house. The financial institution wants your cash, not your property. They want the cash they loaned you together with interest. Avoiding the bank will simply draw any foreclosed conclusion. Thanks for your publication.
Thanks for your post. One other thing is the fact that individual states in the United states of america have their own personal laws in which affect house owners, which makes it very, very hard for the the legislature to come up with a brand new set of recommendations concerning foreclosed on home owners. The problem is that every state has own regulations which may work in a negative manner on the subject of foreclosure insurance policies.

One thing I’d prefer to say is the fact before obtaining more laptop or computer memory, consider the machine into which it would be installed. If the machine is running Windows XP, for instance, the memory ceiling is 3.25GB. Setting up a lot more than this would merely constitute just a waste. Make sure one’s motherboard can handle an upgrade amount, as well. Interesting blog post.
