El confinamiento que vivimos en primavera ha dado lugar a iniciativas de lo más creativas y en una de ellas he tenido la suerte de poder formar parte. Su impulsora es Anna Alfaro, storyteller, creadora de contenidos y coach, que decidió embarcarse con su pareja, Maor, en un bonito e inspirador proyecto, bajo el titulo Stories at Home.
La idea era acercar historias cotidianas de personas de perfiles diversos, y explicar como estaban viviendo su confinamiento, en diferentes lugares del mundo. Cualquiera podía relatar su experiencia y adjuntar algunas imágenes para ilustrarla, y entonces Anna y Maor se encargaban de editarlo todo y subirlo en la web. La curiosidad fue el motor y el resultado no es otro que un precioso canto coral, lleno de anécdotas y vivencias de personas anónimas, con grandes dosis de autenticidad. Personalmente, escribir mi historia confinada supuso un ejercicio de lo más revelador, además de empujarme a volver a escribir un diario emocional, algo que dejé de hacer hace años y que ahora se ha convertido en uno de mis rituales preferidos. Tengo pensado escribir un post al respecto porque creo que puede ser una herramienta muy útil, si es que aún no la ponéis en práctica.
Ah, y si aún no conocéis a Anna, os recomiendo mucho seguir sus pasos. Me parece una de las personas que está ofreciendo un mejor contenido sobre bienestar y estilo de vida saludable y consciente, además de ser toda una fuente de inspiración por muchos de los proyectos e inquietudes que comparte. Personalmente, soy una gran admiradora de su trabajo y su newsletter mensual siempre me remueve de algún modo.
